Admin-guided onboarding lets you fill in everything on the tenant's behalf through a 5-step wizard. This covers personal information, identity verification, emergency contacts, employment or student status, and a final review before submission.
Both paths collect everything you need: full name, date of birth, Ghana Card or passport details, proof of income or admission, and emergency contacts.

Multi-currency — collect rent in GHS (Ghana Cedis), USD, or EUR depending on the agreement.
Payment methods — tenants can pay via Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, or card. Every payment is logged and linked to the lease.
